More suppresed news you may have missed, 46 stories from Feb. at Joe's Union Review

I got myself 46 stories in 26 days of Feb, quite a few are in the suppressed news catagory. Some articles cover the gamut of ideals seen here at freepress. Most of them go back to the idea that there is a war on the middle class worker here in the US and around the entire globe. Take a look, let me know what you think.

Get Rid of Big Media

I think that the Telecommunication Act of 1996, pushed by Clinton and Gore, as much as I am a Democrat and have been all my life, is one of the worst things ever to happen to this country.  It makes it possible for us to get no news except propaganda.  It must un-enacted and I don't think any of the current candidates for the Presidency even has plans to do that.

This country is in big trouble.  And now Nielsen wants to rate the internet--wrong, wrong, wrong.

What would their experience of and perspective on voting be like in the wake of 2000? As an independent documentary filmmaker, Chevigny knew that she was in a position to go after this story. After all, while we in the independent documentary community don’t have the financial resources of CNN or MSNBC, we do have the editorial freedom to go after the story we think is important.
